Pastor
Justin has served as Parkway's Pastor since 2023 and loves leading this community.
He enjoys teaching, preaching, and connecting people in the work of following jesus. Justin trained for ministry at yale divinity school.
He is married to Courtney and they have two kids: Ellis and Maggie.
Justin loves Longhorn football, camping, board games, cooking/grilling/baking, and reading horror/thriller fiction.
JOSIAH CANTO
director of student ministries
Josiah has served as Parkway's Student Director since December 2024. He loves getting to know our students and families and is grateful for the warm welcome to Texas.
Josiah and his wife, Carren, married March of 2024 and are loving Texas. They have two dogs, Rusty and Tula, who love to play, walk and be super adorable!
He was born in Arizona, grew up in China, moved back to Arizona, graduated high school and moved to California and worked in camping ministry for a few years, attended California Lutheran University, graduated with a degree in Theology and Christian Leadership with an emphasis in youth and family ministry. He then worked at Community Lutheran Church for nine years. He is excited to be part of the ministry team here at Parkway, walking alongside students and their families as they grow in their faith and friendships.
He loves Texas Beaches (it's true!). You should ask him why. He is a fan of basketball (Go! Spurs! Go!), reading, playing the guitar, writing short stories, and poetry.
DEBBIE MULLEN
MEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR
Debbie has been a member of Parkway for over 10 years. She is a native Houstonian & lives in Greatwood with her husband, Brian, & their daughter, Rebecca. Debbie and Brian also have two older daughters, Laura and Pamela. Debbie brings an elementary teacher's background plus her gifts for organization to her position of keeping up with who is visiting the church and reaching out to invite them to become involved in the congregation. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading and baking. Debbie draws strength from her favorite verse, Phil.4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
KATHY STACY
PASTOR'S ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Kathy has been a member of Parkway United Methodist Church since 1998 and became a staff member in 2008. Kathy is married to John and they have three children; Brandon, Sean and Ryan, three beautiful daughter-in-laws; Olivia, Kennedy and Kate, and three precious grandchildren. What she enjoys most about working at Parkway is constantly seeing the many ways God works in people's lives. She relies on God daily for guidance and courage. Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her awesome grandchildren.
MELISSA WILSON
DIRECTOR, PARKWAY CHILDREN'S DAY SCHOOL
Melissa serves as Parkway Children's Day School Director. She has 20 years of education experience. Melissa taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade over the course of 7 years in Alief ISD & Fort Bend ISD. She also served as an Assistant Principal in Alief ISD for 5 years, the Assistant Director at PCDS for 5 years and this will be her 4th year as the PCDS Director. She is looking forward to a new school year and working with all of the PCDS staff, students, and families!
