The Hospitality Team includes the following volunteer areas and each will be done on a rotating basis:
Coordinator - scheduling volunteers using Fellowship One, keeping an inventory of coffee supplies (Debbie will order the supplies), making sure volunteers have arrived and being present on Sunday mornings for any issues that may come up that morning
Front Door Greeter
Welcome Desk Host - Worship service head count, putting offering in the safe at 10:30am and assembling a few Visitor bags
Inner Door Greeter
Donut pick up - arrive at Parkway with donuts at 8:15am for prepackaging
Coffee & Donuts 1st shift - preparation & serving 8:00am - 9:10am
Coffee & Donuts 2nd shift - replenish donuts, serve coffee and close up 10:00-10:40am
Kitchen clean up - clean up coffee after the second service
Reset team - sanitize chairs after each service
